The wife of Kebbi state governor, Haija Zainab Atiku Bagudu yesterday, adopted the daughter of a mentally ill woman who parades the city of Kebbi.
She changed the girl's name from Siddiqa Bako to Siddiqa Abubakar Atiku Bagudu. The insane mother has also been taken to the hospital for treatment.
