Political crisis in Rivers state took a new dimension this morning as two soldiers were killed during a gun battle with some political thugs at Abonemma, Akukutoru LGA of Rivers state.
According to the assistant Director of Army Public Relations for the 2nd Brigade stationed in Port Harcourt, Eli Lazarus, the soldiers were killed while patrolling the area.
